PROPANE - Yearly
Check entire system for LP leaks. Inspect furnace, refrigerator, water heater, stove, regulators and connections. Perform time pressure drop test.

ROOF RESEALING- Every 3 Years
Inspect entire roof for any intrusions. Check and repair all seals for any cracking or damage. Clean roof completely.
We are currently unable to replace roofing, only clean and repair. Ask one of our technicians for options available.
BATTERIES - Yearly
Complete inspection of cables and connections. Test batteries and top off fluids. Clean battery tray. Service includes up to six house or chassis batteries.

SLIDES & JACKS - Every 6-12 months
Clean slide tops and sides. Clean and lubricate all seals. Inspect hydraulic lines, cables, and gears. Test for proper slide operation. Clean and lubricate all jacks, rams and gears.

AIR CONDITIONING - Every 6-12 months
Inspect and clean condenser and evaporator coils. Test compressor and capacitors. Replace air filter(s). Optimize AC duct vents. Perform Delta T Test.

ELECTRICAL - Yearly
Test both regular and GFCI outlets. Inspect breaker and wire connections. Inspect inverter and converter. Check 120Vac appliances and 12Vdc fuses in distribution panel. Check switches and fixtures for proper operation.

$275 - Up to 1 Black Tank and 2 Grey Tanks
$100 - Each Additional Tank
